The Miyuki multipack contains six approximately 0.4mm-diameter needles: two each at 42mm, 48mm and 55mm, with a threader included. Other packs have different contents. Compare both needle thickness and the threaded eye with your bead holes, allowing room for repeated passes required by your pattern.

Big-eye needles have an extended opening to help with threading, but that does not guarantee compatibility with every cord and bead. Speedle listings describe 76mm twisted-wire needles with collapsible eyes and a functional sharp edge. Follow the individual use instructions and safety guidance rather than treating every style as an interchangeable straight beading needle.
