I am so sorry about my rate for quality. Unfortunately, the toggle bar is too short and my customer just told me that her bracelet keeps falling off. She showed me how the toggle will slip right out. I find that many toggle bars are not long enough to keep the bracelets secure. I will need to return this. How do I go about doing that?
