Shop Policies

ORDERING FROM US

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for the information that we will need to be able to fulfil the order.

We accept all Debit and Credit card payments, PayPal, ApplePay and Google Pay which means you can shop from any part of the world. Your bank will convert the transaction to your local currency.

We don’t have a minimum order value you can order as much as you like.

DELIVERY&SHIPMENT OPTIONS

We use Royal Mail services for all standard deliveries.

Free shipment in UK to all orders over £ 35.

Standart Shipment(For orders up to 100 gr) In UK £1.25 and subject to weights of the items in your order Royal Mail Tracked Services is applicable for all the orders over 100 gr.

Full tracking of your item from despatch to delivery

Email/SMS notification on delivery.

Two speeds of delivery: we aim to deliver Royal Mail Tracked 24 the next working day and Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 2-3 working days (2 days for over 94% of postcodes; certain postcodes will receive a 3 day service)

Delivery six days per week (no Saturday premium)

Special delivery with RM in UK and Overnight Delivery with DHL in UK available.

Express Delivery with DHL available worldwide.

Next Day Services

All next day services are given priority and despatched the same day, subject to our confirmation. The latest time for online orders for next day is 1  pm. Next Day services placed before 1 pm on a Friday will normally be delivered on the next working day, ie Monday.

You may choose collect from the store option to collect your orders from the store, please wait for confirmation email, our collection times Monday to Friday 11am 4 pm.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch usually next business day. Special deliveries and Express shipments always despatched immediately in same business day.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer a refund, less deductions for P&P. We do not accept returns of beads which have been taken off their temporary string.

Damaged, broken or incomplete orders must be made verbally within 3 days; no responsibility can be accepted after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights. The goods must be returned in the original condition, with proof of purchase. When returning items you MUST contact us first with an email cs@peppybeads.com

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Current EU Hygiene regulations mean that we are unable to exchange or refund earring findings.

Following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

1-Cut chains
2-Cut Threads
3-Starter Kits
4-All earring supplies.

Please note that if the value of the items that you’re returning takes your total order below our free P&P limit then the amount you will be refunded will be the value of the goods returned less the relevant P&P charge due on your order.

Except for faulty goods or items incorrectly dispatched we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 15%. Beads which have been dyed cannot be accepted for a refund, unless they have been dyed incorrectly. Special orders, earring supplies and cut chains cannot normally be refunded.

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges, simply return the unwanted items to us along with details of your order number, full name and address and details of what you’d like instead. Please remember to include your telephone number as we will need to contact you to take payment for P&P.  P&P on exchanges will be charged at a minimum rate of £3 and may be greater for large or heavy items. We recommend that you return your items by Recorded Delivery as we can’t be responsible for items which are lost or damaged in the post.

 

Dyed Beads

We cannot hold ourselves responsible for surface dyed beads and in the
event of of any claim sellers liability shall in no circumstances exceed the invoice price of the said goods.

Prices

Prices quoted are current as of this date, but we reserve the right to make alterations as necessary without notice.

Quantities

Supplied as the package amount states. These packages cannot be broken
or mixed colours supplied so as to make up a larger quantity for the lower price.

Faulty Materials 

Faulty goods will be replaced if proven faulty in manufacture, but no liability
will be accepted for consequential loss or damage of any description in respect of goods sold.
We do not guarantee the suitability of any product for any specific purpose.
